(Tracking Methods)

We use DHL, Fed Ex, and USPS. After your order is dispatched, within 5-7 days we will send you your tracking number or E-Packet number. These are the two mailing methods we use for mailing out.

Note: (If you can't check it immediately with the tracking number. Please wait a few days for your tracking number to register in the mail carrier system.

We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address.

For those customers who do not receive your parcel within 12 working days, please contact with Local Post Office A.S.A.P. You can check with your local post office directly with your ID card or other valid certificate and the order information copy that you can print out and take with you to your local post office to pick up your order if the carrier comes to your address and your not home.

2 to 3 Weeks to Delivery

When your payment has cleared please allow 5 -7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped (not including weekends and holidays). Once your order is fulfilled.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This will contain your tracking number. Your tracking number will be active within a few days of shipment.
